Far to many events and quests that deliberately run out far to soon and to have absolutely no chance of getting good rewards without buying in game currency this is deliberate absolute scam, energy is limited, gems limited and there no way you can achieve top tier rewards without buying in game boosters, some dungeons are almost impossible to complete after a certain stage unless you have certain people, Devs seriously need to rework/take a look at the game.
