Requires login with Facebook as the only option. I don’t use Facebook anymore and this means many of the features are useless to me The workout plans are not very user friendly to setup. I choose the default options and the first workout day does not default to today! I couldn’t even start a workout after getting a workout plan setup. It wanted me to wait two days until Monday. The whole point of this app is to exercise and the app won’t let me do that. The exercises themselves need some help. They only have one picture per exercise and lengthy text which we are expected to memorize with no further demonstration of the steps of the exercise. There should be videos for each exercise or at the minimum pictures of each step. This should carry over into the workout section so I know what to do while attempting to do a workout. Currently I’m only able to check off that I did an exercise and I’m not shown how to do it. Not a very user friendly app. It feels like Atari outsourced...
