Although the game is fun, this is going to be the second or third time that I’ve had to ask for a refund, because of in-app purchases that show up on my card and bank account, but not in the game! At first, I chalked it up to bad internet reception. But after I realized that the game reception was fine and that all other functions were working well, I now know that the problem is on Playrix’s end; especially since messages are popping up, telling me that the purchase(s) aren’t going through and to “try again later”. Get your act together and credit me for the items that I’ve purchased that haven’t shown up, or I am never going to play your games again.

I've always enjoyed hidden object games, and I've gotten pretty good at them over the years, but I don't do very well with this one. I often fail levels by one object that, when it's revealed, is barely visible or recognizable as what they claim it is. The game is clearly a variation on a theme with Playrix's other game, Homescapes, where you fix up an old mansion with the points you earn by playing levels, but because the levels are so difficult, and each task requires a surprisingly high amount of stars to complete, it's slow going to make much progress with that aspect of the game. Carl the assistant is actually a little creepy, if you ask me. the game just leaves me with the feeling over all of wanting to be a cash grab - losing 97% of levels by missing one object, and then being prompted to buy an extra 25 seconds? They want you to have to use the tools and extra time to actually complete levels and then pay money to buy more tools and coins. i don't mind spending money on a...

I have been playing daily for a few months. I allowed myself to buy additional coins or gold every week. Obviously the developers need to make money. However, it finally got to the point on one level where I tried the level at least 20 times, then used all my purchased coins, all my boosts and still had no prospect of winning that level. That was the end for me, no longer a game but a chore.

Ever since this morning i've been having issues with this game. The first time I went to launch, it seems to have crashed. When I went to launch again, I got the 'Verifying ManorMatters' popup. Thought it would work once it was done, but no. Went through that again before being told files were damaged and to remove and reinstall. That seemed to work, for a few hours anyway. Just went to launch, and yet again, it says it's verifying files. This is incredibly frustrating! It works with no problems on my MacBook Air, but not on my iMac. Does anyone else have this issue or solution to fix this? Would love some input on this!
